A Genuine Cinema Cluster on Priyadarshini Road
This is worth understanding as context, since it says something real about the theatre’s positioning. Priyadarshini Road in Palakkad’s Sultanpet area is already home to the well-established Priya and Priyadarshini theatre group, one of the state’s older, more historically significant cinema operations. New Aroma sits on this same road, meaning Palakkad moviegoers have a genuine cluster of options within walking distance of each other — not unlike Thrissur’s famous Swaraj Round or Kozhikode’s SM Street. For a city of Palakkad’s size, that kind of concentration of cinema options along one road is a genuine convenience.
